Oh my goodness. This video is one of the reasons why it is so important for me to educate kids and adults about how to play and be around dogs appropriately to set everyone up for success. The video was edited (not by me – it was shared on Facebook by Dogue Shop)  to show what non-aggressive body language the dog was trying to use to communicate that he was stressed and uncomfortable.

Just a reminder…I have offering a February 16, 2013 program for kids ages 6 to 8 in partnership with Cincinnati Parks. I’ll be teaching kids how to play and care for their dogs responsibly and appropriately, and how to greet dogs they don’t know. Here is a link to learn more.
